We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist for our warehouse in Richmond, Victoria.

As the dedicated Customer Support Specialist, you will provide a professional service to your customers, with a view to continually improve the customer experience, both face-to-face and over the phone. Your daily work will include responding to customer phone queries, processing orders, front counter sales, picking and dispatching, receiving and ordering stock, inventory management, sales return orders and general office duties.

The ideal candidate will display a sense of ownership in their work, be able to juggle priorities and above all else carry out all work in a proactive and planned manner.

To achieve the purpose of this role, you will have previous customer service and warehouse / inventory management experience and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, supplemented by good organisational and computer skills.
