A little about the Role:

Responsible for the operation of a small manufacturing plant, your role is to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company and safety. They will also ensure that the plant employees are efficiently producing quality products to exact specifications for our customers. Safety and quality is always the top priority of the company.

A strong working knowledge of machinery is imperative as is the capability to develop, implement ongoing improvement strategies as well as and maintaining maintenance programs.

This role manages the complete manufacturing process from estimation right through to dispatch and logistics.

We are looking for a candidate, preferably, with experience in manufacturing / construction who has strong people management and operational skills. You will have high attention to detail with the ability to drive continuous improvement.

You will be the kind of person who thrives on autonomy and working as a part of a team to achieve results. You be professional, and an exceptional communicator who can work well with internal and external key stakeholders.

You will have strong operational /manufacturing/operational management skills along with the ability to inform management of daily reports, operations, etc.

  • Applicable years production experience in a manufacturing / construction environment

  • Common office packages (Intermediate Excel) and ability to adapt and learn to new software packages
