A National Service Manager role has become available in our Heavy Construction Equipment Division at Clark Equipment Pty Ltd
We are looking for an individual who is a committed self starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policy that will lead to that success. Experience in the capital equipment industry is preferred.
Based in Hornsby NSW, the primary objective in this role will be to support our National Service Facilities and Dealer Network around Australia with technical information and guidance on our heavy equipment products.
Major responsibilities will include:
- Provide effective field engineering and support to customers, dealers and division marketing and sales areas.
- Provide new and existing technical support to all service personnel nationally when required
- Liaise with dealers and give technical support where required
- Liaise with Doosan Korea on a weekly basis and ensure communication channels are supported
- Coordinate all factory training and liaise with General Managers on yearly program
- Implement and administer technical support training
- Implement national service policies.
- Manage warranty claims on a national basis
- Liaise with customers and dealers to discuss product concerns and warranty.
- Meet with National Product Team regularly and update team on relevant issues
To be considered for the position you will have the following:
- Previous experience as a diesel mechanic
- Previous experience as a workshop manager or supervisor
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Heavy Construction Industry
- Ability to travel in Australia and Overseas when required
- Current drivers licence
- Experience with Hydraulic Excavators, Wheel Loaders and Articulated Dump Trucks
- Current computer skills and ability to use technical software
