TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR
THE CLIENT
For over 30 years, our client based in Keysborough has been making it easy to enjoy a magical Christmas, helping you save throughout the year for a wide variety of Christmas Hampers, Family Gifts, Home furnishings and electronics. They are currently looking for a Transport Administrator to work alongside their inventory team until the Christmas season hits (4 month duration).
THE ROLE
Amongst other adhoc duties, your main responsibilities will be;
- Matching up the costing from when a truck goes from one warehouse to another - and matching with the invoice received.
- General administration duties relating to inventory stock control
- Phone based customer service work liaising with suppliers & couriers
- Following up on how incoming stock is progressing via suppliers
- Data entry of incoming & outgoing orders
- Working in a close-knit team environment
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL...
- Have experience working in linehaul, will need to have worked in the offices of a warehouse or 3pl company to get this experience.
- Availability to work Monday through to Friday in varied shift times (7am or 8am).
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to start immediately. (No holidays coming into Christmas season)
