A dynamic and privately owned International Freight Forwarding organisation located in Matraville is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join the team.
The Position :
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, overseas offices/agents and internal departments
- Coordinate cargo collection and deliveries
- Manage client relationships
The Requirements
To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated individual looking for an opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in Freight Forwarding. You will have:
- Proven experience in Freight Forwarding (or similar industry)
- Cargowise EDI experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to prioritise and be proactive
- A friendly nature and be easy to deal with
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- The ability to think outside the square and develop improved solutions
You must be flexible and punctual with strong analytical and decision making skills. Your reliability, passion and drive for success will be rewarded.
