We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager who will plan, administer and review customer services and after-sales services, and maintain sound relations with our customers.

The Role:

• Your expertise in developing and reviewing policies and procedures for customers. This will concern customer relations with respect to goods and services to the highest degree.
• Daily feedback to team members as part of training and direction.
• Motivation of team members in the key areas of Customer Service with developmental parameters is important.
• Customer satisfaction as part of an on-boarding process to ensure performance of goods purchased with modification towards overall improvement is key.
• Ensuring that you can integrate customer expectations and results with other units of the organisation. 

Skills and Experience:

• You have 3 years experience or diploma to degree qualification.
