The role:
Based in Bella Vista, this role is responsible for proactively scheduling and allocating our field staff to the right customer within allocated regions. Our Rosteres are problem-solving ninjas who take a commercial view, looking at route efficiencies, kilometers traveled, outsourcing levels while balancing the needs of our customers cultural and lifestyle preferences. You will work with other members of the team to develop and execute efficient schedules, ensuring schedules for the future while balancing costs. This is a fixed term full time 6-month role working 11:30-8pm Monday to Friday.
Customer service is at the center of what we do, so you'll be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers for any ad-hoc or reactive schedule changes.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in staff rostering, logistics or workforce planning, preferably within a service delivery environment
- Previous experience producing forecasts and schedules in a fast paced multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, an ability to work under pressure and the ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
- Knowledge and experience with Scheduling and/or demand planning systems (Click/Salesforce desirable).
