About the role
- You will be working closely with key clients looping feedback and updates in a consistent and professional manner
- You will implement, revise and exceed customer expectations and requiremements
- In charge of liaising and reporting on a constant basis
- Main point of contact for all accounts
- Input, execute and analyse accounts into Cloud Based data software

About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience in a similar role, demonstrate a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
