This is your opportunity to step into a WAREHOUSING OPERATIONS TRAINEESHIP and kick start your career with a leading company while completing a formal qualification.
THE ROLE:
As a trainee you will be working full time hours and gain experience in all warehousing operations within this busy team. The traineeship will take 24 months to complete and you will gain experience in all areas of the warehouse. Working within a busy and successful team your duties will include:
- Pick packing items onto pallets
- Processing sales orders and arranging the despatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Stocktake as required
- Receiving deliveries
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for the best of the best so it is essential you have the following:
- A genuine interest to work within the warehousing industry
- Forklift license would be ideal
- Previous experience in working within retail or team environment
- Completed year 10 schooling
- Committed to completing a 24 month traineeship
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with a "can do attitude"
- Reliable and hardworking
- Willing to learn all functions of daily warehouse operation

You will be employed by MEGT and have the support of a dedicated field officer who will visit you on site to provide you with the support and mentoring you need to succeed. You will be completing Certificate III in Warehousing Operations and earn a weekly wage plus be given a student concession card.
