Hanson is seeking enthusiastic and professional HC/MC Drivers to join our Brooklyn fleet of Cement Tanker trucks in Victoria for an Afternoon Shift role.

Key Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and mechanically sound.
• Operating the designated vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of the product to and from the designated site.
• Carrying out daily cleaning of the truck.
• Having a sufficient working knowledge of the product and to comply with the relevant delivery standards.
• Maintenance tasks including yard duties.

 
In order to be successful you will have:

• A valid HC or MC license.
• Current copy of driving history.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Minimum 3 years heavy vehicle driving experience.
• Construction Card (White Card).
• Be able to work with a flexible roster.
• Be willing to work regular overtime including weekends.
• Have an approachable and friendly disposition.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Have a professional work ethic.
• Be physically able to perform all tasks associated with the position.

 
All successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening. Random drug and alcohol tests are conducted on all Hanson premises.
