Au Best Glass is a rapidly expanding glass processing company that supplies glass products to the commercial glazing industry across all of Victoria.

We have a position available for a  General  Production Worker vs Truck Driver with either glass factory experience or a willingness to learn to join our close-knit team and be part of an exciting company.

Reporting to the Director, you will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and use initiative when problem solving.

You will also be physically fit, have a solid work ethic and are looking for a long term position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering different types and sizes of glass across all Melbourne
• Unload / load from truck whilst taking care not to damage or break glass
• Handling and assist in  all aspects of glass cutting and processing, on job training provided
• Have a strong safety and quality ethic
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Thrive in a fast paced workplace

Essential requirements:

• Must have MR or HR truck licence
• Previous experience with glass loading is advantageous 
• Be reliable and dependable
• Have manual handling experience
• Must be an Australian citizen or Permanent resident
