This position is for a Customer Service team member who will be responsible for assisting customers across the Freight Forwarding space. The company recruiting for the role is a large worldwide corporate, who have incredible values, look after their staff and are all about learning and development and promoting from within.

In this role you will be:

• Answering phone calls in a professional manner
• Answering emails within 24 hours
• Quoting customers
• Running daily reports
• Entering supplier invoices for payments

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role within Freight Forwarding or similar experience
• Professional presentation
• Great Customer Service skills
• The ability to problem solve
• A positive and can do attitude
