Job Details
Mulgowie Farming Company is seeking a qualified, self-motivated person with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to join our progressive Team.
For this role you will ideally be based locally, within 20 to 30 minutes from our Bowen Site; have the ability to work weekends or public holidays; and may have the opportunity to travel for seasonal requirements.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Flexibility on starting times (e.g. midnight, 1am or 2am starts)
- Ability to work 8 to 12 hour days
- A strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality
- Capability to start immediately
- Reliability and will be trustworthy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The desire to be a proactive team member
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and essential criteria:
- Forklift Licence and recent forklift experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; with adaptability to changing work spaces
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as autonomously
