THE JOB
Reporting to the Southern Operations Manager, you will be a key contributor to a work-efficient team with a strong focus on customers, safety and the environment, with a very much hands-on management approach. To be considered for this position you will need to have the following:
- Exceptional leadership skills, particularly in the areas of safety, environment, customer service and productivity, with 2 – 5 years operational experience in Operations, Logistics or Manufacturing management roles.
- Ability to manage bulk materials processing equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance and optimisation, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and managing operational and capital budgets.
- Willingness to operate hands-on with a flexible and pragmatic approach.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Hold a current Loader and Forklift licences, or willing to obtain.
