Our company is a wholesale food distributor supplying customers throughout country Victoria and Melbourne.
To cater for our growing business, we are seeking a Full - timer to be responsible for a range of warehousing functions. You must have a dedicated work ethic and eye for detail & accuracy.

Afternoon Shift "Voice Picker"

To be successful for this position, you will have experience with the following:

• Warehouse Management Systems experience "WMS"
• Voice Picking (Min 2 Years)
• Hand held scanner experience
• High Risk Work licence (forklift) is an advantage

Competencies (knowledge, skills and behaviours):    

• Pick and pack goods for outward deliveries
• Perform frequent lifting up to 25kg
• Understanding of food safety (HACCP) an advantage
• Be prepared to do overtime if required
• The ability to work shifts Sunday to Thursday
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment and with general supervision exercising initiative, judgement and enthusiasm        
• Warehouse Management System knowledge i.e. scanning receivables and replenishment  
• Warehouse goods into stores as low as minus 18 degrees
• Pick and pack goods for outward deliveries
• Clean and remove rubbish from warehouse
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment and with general supervision exercising initiative, judgement and enthusiasm
• Replenishment of stock using RF scanning
• Other duties as directed
