Reporting to the New Product Development Manager, you will provide support towards implementing the organisation's product development program through self-initiated innovation thus, meeting the company’s objectives in relation to its product and brand.

They strongly believe in processing and supplying innovative products that meet an optimum level of food standards within Australia.

Description

• Involvement in the organisation through innovation
• Research and development of ongoing market trends
• Hands on development of new products
• Provide support and technical assistance to the company
• Continual quality improvements of all product lines
• Creating and recording of samples

Profile

• Food Science degree qualified or a related degree
• A genuine passion to work within the value added food products industry
• Sound Awareness of food regulations, food labelling and food standards code
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Hands on developer
• Sample making, data collection, specification writing experience
