Protech is looking for a dynamic Team Leader for a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity based in Melbourne.
Our Client specialises in the manufacturing and maintaining of railway rolling stock and holds maintenance contracts for rail infrastructure.

About the Role:

Starting ASAP, you will be accountable for the day to day direct supervision of employees within a set team. As the Leader, you will be responsible for driving desired behaviours and implementing company strategy within the group.

About You:

• Ideally, you have experience working in the locomotive or in the heavy industrial industry
• You have experience leading and managing teams of 15 or more people
• You hold a Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate or tertiary qualification
• You have strong communication & problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to drive & complete projects within strict time frames
• You are a professional with excellent business and computer acumen
• You have a continued commitment to safety and promote the zero harm culture the company prides itself on
