About Us
Vinpac International was established in 1975 to provide contract bottling services to customers in the Australian Wine Industry. Today, we operate two facilities located in the iconic Barossa and McLaren Vale wine regions of South Australia.
We offer customers a complete service of packaging material supply and management, bottling, wine making, bulk wine storage, laboratory services, warehousing and distribution.
These services are underpinned by our commitment to quality in everything we do.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Leader to work on the development and implementation of strategic procurement strategies to deliver economies of scale and sustained competitive advantage for the business and act as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Some regional and national travel is required in this role.

Strategic review of existing procurement activities and contracts.

Leverage existing supplier relationships to negotiate cost effective and commercially viable contracts and synergies.

Manage the supply chain to improve, stakeholder relationships, quality, cost and delivery performance Establish procurement strategies and develop in-house capabilities

Monitor and analyse market trends, risks and cycles to provide considered strategies and decisions.

Negotiation of contracts working consultatively with Suppliers and our Legal Team

Build and lead a procurement team

Achieve optimal results through implementation of effective procurement tools and methodologies.

Manage complex relationships, including internal and external stakeholders to maximise the benefit and financial impact of the procurement group activities.
We’re looking for our next team member with the following experience:

Extensive Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning & Negotiation skills

Ability to Problem Solve

10+ years’ experience in a commercial leadership role.

Degree qualification required in Business, Commerce or Procurement MBA would be an advantage.
