About the Role
WorkPac are seeking Workshop Assistants our client located in Brisbane's West Side. Suitable Candidates will have experience in a fast past environment and have a high level of safe work ethic. The role will be operating the forklift, assisting machinists by obtaining and re-racking steel sheets/tubing and carry out general workshop duties. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right Candidates. There is also opportunity to progress into machinist roles down the track for workers who are keen to up skill and progress in the company.
To be successful for the role the ideal candidate will have:
- Current resume with 2 x recent work related references
- LF Forklift Ticket
- Minimum 1 years experience as a warehouse assistant
- Current Drivers licence and transport
- Available for an immediate start
