About this Opportunity
Based in Harvey, Western Australia (140km south of Perth), we are currently seeking pro-active Tetra Pak Operators on permanent full time contracts. You must be self-motivated, able to work shift work, overtime and weekends as required and have a strong focus on safety environment and quality.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring milk & juice process parameters are met when processing these products.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operation of Tetra equipment, for either processing or UHT packaging
- Ensuring that product quality is maintained by following SOP's and ensuring cleaning and sanitation schedules are met;
- Fault finding and troubleshooting on equipment when required.
You will have:
- Previous experience with Tetra Pak equipment and experience in the dairy or food industry is essential.
- Experience in machine or process operation;
- Exceptional fault finding/ troubleshooting skills;
- Further food processing qualifications will be to your advantage;
- Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles;
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills.
