A well-established family owned Transport Company is seeking an experienced full time Transport Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join their team based in Narangba.

** IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED **
This position will require the successful applicant to be available to work Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Collecting, understanding and correctly collating all necessary paperwork for Customer invoicing
- Scanning and providing timely POD's to customers as required – working to Customers deadlines
- Assisting the Operations Department in the timely following up essential paperwork with Drivers and Customers
- Collection of Work Diary Pages / Daily Check Sheets – Data Entry into Logbook Checker
- Effectively Managing the Companies mobile phones and fuel cards and GoVia account
- Monitoring / maintaining the Fleet's registrations and liaising with Qld Transport NHVR as required
- Collating payroll sheets on a weekly basis
- Document Control - Preparation
- Banking
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Maintaining office supplies / stationery
- Collecting and posting mail
- General Reception – answering incoming calls and meet and greet
- Any other ADHOC duties as per management discretion
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work autonomously and be a important member of our Team.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Be highly accurate and organised with good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- The ability to be flexible and multi task and have common sense
- Manual Drivers licence is essential
- Professional manner as this is the first point of contact for our business
