Temp to perm factory worker needed with an opportunity to learn and progress in a growing company in defence.
Your new company based in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs provides a secure solution service to high end clients that are predominantly in the Defence space and or deal with Government contracts. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable, profitable organisation, as well as the ability to work autonomously in a work space on the rise.
Your new role
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be working as a factory worker you will be working with and trained in house to use a range of machines. Working in a small team and autonomously you will be trusted on upkeep of your new workspace and completing daily briefs.
What you'll need to succeed
- A forklift licence would be highly desired
- Must be flexible with your working days
- Be patient and have a willingness to be mentored
- Can do attitude with a strong work ethic, with a view to invest in the company as they will invest in you
