Our client located in Prestons specialise in the distribution of white goods and are renown for providing high quality state of the art coffee machines. They have a medium to large sized team and are seeking the assistance of skilled forklift drivers with Highreach and Double Deep experience.

Hours are: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm with possible overtime when required.

Your daily duties will include but are not limited to;
- All warehousing duties: Order Selection, Forklift Operation, Cleaning, Receiving, Despatch, Returns and Re-Work, Loading and Unloading of freight carriers.
- Ensure stock transfer records are finalised in a timely manner, in line with Warehouse protocol.
- Ensure pick/pack/despatch requirements are complied with as an urgent priority to comply with order delivery deadlines and process transactions accurately.
- Ability to receive products, courier deliveries, etc. into the warehouse, recording the arrival of such receivables. Distribution of courier and other items, addressed to internal Personnel.
- Maintaining all Warehouse security and Workplace Health & Safety and competent operation of warehouse manual handling equipment and including forklifts.
- Willingness to quickly assist with any task within the warehouse and maintain cleanliness.
- Compliance with all Company policies, procedures, relevant legislation, guidelines, work instructions and relevant training requirements at all times.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a warehouse role.
- Ability to work 38 hours and availability to perform overtime as required
- Current LF Forklift License
- Current Driver’s License
- LO License highly regarded
- Elevated Working Platform (preferred)
- Have a good understanding and respect for WH&S.
- Flexibility and willingness to accept new challenges and responsibilities as business requirements change.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
