About our Client
We have multiple positions available for glass workers to work for a recognised national company based in Dandenong South. This company is a manufacturer of high quality glass products and supply to the manufacturing and building sectors.
Initially the successful candidates will join the team (after the successful completion of their medical check) as an on-hired employee working Monday to Friday in a casual on-going role. Opportunities will exist for the right person to move into permanent role after a successful 3-month contract.
 
About the Job
The successful applicant will be working the nightshift operating CNC machines and being involved with all things processing.

• You will need to be able to mult-task within the machine environment and be comfortable performing both auto to semi manual processes.
• Ability to perform regular maintenance on both machines to a high standard and ensure the machines are constantly in good working order.
• Feel confident operating CNC machines and performing processing duties within the glass industry.

About You

• Willing to work the night shift (9.40 PM to 5.20 AM)
• Experience in operating FICEP CNC Machines
• Have sound computer knowledge
• Familiar with the glass industry
• Punctual and reliable
• Happy working in a team environment;
• Provide 2 working references
