RACV operates in the areas of motoring and other transport, the home, leisure and travel, and retail. RACV has more than 2000 employees who work under the leadership of an 11-member non-executive board and Managing Director and CEO Neil Taylor.

RACV’s Leisure portfolio includes eight resorts across Victoria, Queensland and Victoria as well as The Club and Country Country Club in Melbourne.  The Leisure Operations team supports these Resorts in providing commercial and financial analysis and implementation of initiatives to support and improve the performance of our Leisure Operations.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner within the Leisure Operations team, we are looking for systems administrator who can join the team and bring a passion and knowledge and be the SME for our material controls database. This is a great time to join us as we review and identify process improvements including new system recommendations.  BAU activity include database rationalisation, reporting and analysis and process controls.  You will have a technical knowledge of hospitality purchasing applications like Oracle as well as adaptability to move between systems. Understanding of P&L Activity especially COGS will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have business/supply chain experience, strong system knowledge, and commercial acumen. Your strong analytical skills, planning and organisational Hospitality experience will be held favourable.
