The position
We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Logistics Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Commodities Trading Desk Manager you will manage and facilitate the coordination of all commodity shipments for the Group whilst supporting negotiation of sea freight and transport rates. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Lead a team of Commodities Trading Administration Officers to ensure customer requirements are met
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for all export shipping and domestic logistics sales movements
- Manage shipping contracts and related details of commodity movements including purchase orders and letters of credit
Skills and experience
- Administrative background in export logistics and related administrative and financial processes
- Experiencing leading a team in a corporate enterprise
- Experience in sea export industries
- Knowledge of foreign trade terms and shipping terminology - currently hold or ability to qualify for a Customs Digital Certificate
