We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and operationally savvy Team Leader to join our AutoGold team based in Altona. This will be an extremely exciting time for someone who is capable of building a cohesive team; providing great customer service and achieving great results in a fast paced environment.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the fulfillment of operational requirements in the AutoGold operation.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Apply AutoGold products to customer vehicles including tint, chemicals, new vehicle treatments etc
- Work with AutoNexus operational teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Ensure the completion of work within the time frames set down in the service level agreement
- Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure delivery of Seamless, Responsive Solutions
- Developing and training staff to develop multi-skilled team members
- Build relationship with product suppliers to ensure quality of AutoGold products are maintained
Requirements
To be successful in the role you will you will an experienced Tinter and Chemical applicator and possess the following:
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and the competitive consumer landscape
- Experience managing and leading teams
- A full drivers licence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills
- Time management and organisational skills
