What will you be doing?

As the team leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the following: 

• Control and manage superior service delivery to our clients.
• Assist with the management and the leading of warehouse personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel
• Assist with the management and maintenance of property, plant and site security.
• Assist with the management of large logistical projects including the assembly of storage racking, transportation of large numbers of the cartons/files and the secure destruction of confidential paper

You will be calling on your previous supervisory and leadership experience while using the skills and techniques we will teach you.
Previous Information Management experience would be advantageous.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• Proven organisational/planning ability
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft products and knowledge of O’Neil’s RS SQL database would be advantageous in addition to an understanding of various EDRMS systems used in Information Management
• Outstanding customer service focus & ability to manage service delivery to major Government Customers
• Leadership and problem solving skills
