One of Australia's premier bedding specialist is seeking the services of a delivery driver / install team member.
Main responsibilities will include but not limited to- heavy lifting, moving of mattresses and bedroom furniture, in-home assembly for the customers and customer service. You will also be required to move items around the storage facilities and unload containers upon arrival.
We seek applicants who:
- Have a medium rigid truck licence - MR or higher
- Hold a current ABN*
- Are able to travel locally and interstate at short notice
- Available to be away from home for between 3 days to 2 weeks at a time,
- No criminal record - police check is required
- Able lift heavy furniture safely
- Enjoy manual labour
- Have good communication skills
- Are presentable and enjoy dealing with customers and their needs
- Can contribute to the team
- Can work autonomously as well as in a team
- Are able to think under pressure
- Has great problem-solving skills
