Who are we?

Laurent Bakery Group is a premium food business encompassing the manufacture and retail of French/European style breads, cakes and pastries.

We are recruiting Bakery Hand- Mixers to join our team at our Production Facility. 

a typical shift will see you doing;

• Portioning /dosing of measured quantities of flour, water, sour dough into mixing pot
• Adding salt, yeast, etc to batch
• Operation of mixing pots
• Monitoring the mix.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Have a passion for cooking/baking from recipes
• Good reading and writing skills
• Have the ability to lift 25kg +
• Be able to work effectively in a team
• General computer skills
• Experience weighing and mixing raw ingredients
• Preferably have worked in factory environment.
