About YOU...

We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Sydney based Supply Chain team within a fulltime capacity.

The role will be based at the national warehouse, which is attached to the Sydney head office. The role will be reporting to the Inventory Team Leader.

We're looking for a forward thinking Inventory Coordinator who radiates a passion for efficiency and accuracy. You should thrive in a fast paced warehouse environment and enjoy problem solving.

What you will be doing:

  • Investigation and reconciliation of stocktakes for over 8000 stock locations;
  • Manage agreed levels of stocktake for different locations;
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives, Business Managers and a large Warehouse team;
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to streamline the stocktaking process.

Skills required:

  • MS Excel skills;
  • Experience in SAP R3 (desirable);
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
  • Ability to identify and solve problems;
  • Current driver and forklift licence;
  • Ability to travel interstate (when required).
