About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Inventory Controller will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all warehoused products and the co-ordination and accurate receipting of all inbound deliveries and customer returns. The focus of the role is to ensure the company has the ability to support the growing customer base of all business divisions by providing excellent service while containing costs and minimising stock losses.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment with knowledge of inventory concepts
- Experience in inventory processes, data interrogation and formal reporting to key stakeholders
- Highly analytical with good communication and customer service skills
- Sound computer literacy
- High level attention to detail and strong problem solving ability
- Time management skills with the ability to plan effectively
- Negotiation skills
- Managing stocktake activities
As the successful candidate, you will enjoy being part of a driven, close-knit team based at our Adelaide warehouse located in Beverley.
Paper industry experience would be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
