Allied Pinnacle is the result of the merger of two companies, Allied Mills and Pinnacle Bakery and Integrated Ingredients. This was completed on 31st March 2017.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Opportunity
At Pinnacle we want to invest in permanent work and upskill our people so that we have high performing teams.
This opportunity is during our day shift: 6am to 6pm, across a 7 day fortnight.
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
We are seeking a dough maker with the following experience:
- Mixing - Essential
- Food Process line - Essential
- Industrial Baking experience - Essential
- Baking and ingredient knowledge - Essential
- Heavy lifting – 25kg cartons - Essential
- Packing
- Completing Quality checks, including filling out paperwork - Essential
- Qualified Baker - Preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and OHS Standards
Experience working within a fast paced food production environment would be a great advantage.

Experience working within a fast paced food production environment is desired and essential, particularly in a bakery or pastry environment.
Successful candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment, as well as autonomously when required.
