About the Opportunity:

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a highly organised and efficient Workflow Coordinator to lead and deliver new and existing SKUs across many systems to ensure they are available to retailers, shoppers and consumers on time in Australia and New Zealand. This role would be a supporting role to the marketing team across all brands.

You will be responsible for managing the product set up process (RDP process) from end to end. This includes coordinating and assisting brand teams with the packaging artwork process and communicating with global and local graphic agencies when required to ensure accurate and timely completion of packaging artwork files to achieve planned production timing. You will work closely with the Marketing brand teams and the Workflow Process Team in Luxembourg on a day to day basis to develop artwork briefs.

About You:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar field with strong project management experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to work effectively in a team and on an individual basis.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, priority management and superior organisational skills.
  • Proactive, forward thinking, efficient and discreet with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Act as a positive  ambassador both internally and externally.
  • Intermediate and Advanced knowledge of Windows Programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP system, GS1 and UBF process is desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or related field
