Based in Kurnell, an exciting opportunity exists for a sophisticated and intuitive Logistics Coordinator to join the innovative Software Team, reporting to the Business Manager - Services. What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Heavy lifting is required 
• A current forklift licence for reach is required
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to work well in a team as well as autonomously
• Demonstrated intermediate level of communication skills - including written, presentation, verbal (including telephone)
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High level of initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
• Demonstrates self-confidence and decisiveness
• Basic - Intermediate knowledge of SAP preferred

What you will do in this role:

• Carry out all aspects of warehouse receiving and dispatching of goods
• Picking, packing and processing orders
• RF scanning
• Palletising of freight
• General warehouse duties
• Manual order picking
• Receiving stock, checking correct items and quantities
• Ensuring stock gets placed in correct bins provided in warehouse
• Entering stock into the system and releasing backorders
• Notifying Services team of shortages and damages
• Action all email requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide support to the logistics team on all escalations and requests
• Generate daily, weekly or monthly reporting when required
• Coordinate stock counts across all locations including 3PL and DD locations
• Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and in accordance with deadlines
• Maintain an attitude that inspires self-improvement and success within the team
• Be able to work well in a small team environment
