The Position
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, we are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader / Section Supervisor who will manage, motivate and support our warehouse teams with picking, packing and distribution of domestic and international wholesale orders.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within required time-frames
- Oversee dispatch of domestic and international wholesale orders
- Training new employees
- Monitoring and driving KPI's whilst ensuring pick and pack accuracy is maintained
- Ensure general housekeeping standards are met and exceeded within the warehouse
- Work health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Ensure our customers receive their exact order, invoiced correctly and in excellent condition
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager on continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful, you will have :
- Forklift ticket and or Order Picker License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar position
- Be a team leader with good fitness for work
- Be quality minded and self-motivated
- Have a positive work ethic with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Have excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPIs
- Ability to complete administrative / computer based tasks as required
- High attention to detail with a strong work ethic and punctuality
Our Warehouse operates Monday – Friday 6.30 – 2.30 and the occasional weekend.
Along with a competitive salary, the successful candidate will be eligible to participate in our warehouse incentive / bonus program for cost reduction and running the area above expectation.
