- Design and develop project frameworks, governance plans and risk controls
- Manage reporting and budget activities across the program

The opportunity?
As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy we have a considerable number of projects and programs of work currently running. You will support a group of senior stakeholders by coordinating, liaising and facilitating multiple streams of work. You will also be given responsibility to create project governance frameworks, establish project reporting methodology and implementing risk mitigation systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop your career with a focus on continuous improvement and project management. You will have the opportunity to embed critical technology and advise on best practice.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Project co-ordination across financials, timelines, deliverables and reporting
- Evaluating documentation to deliver uniformity and compliance
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives on multiple assignments
- Managing senior stakeholder expectations across the country
- Co-ordinating training programs and training materials
