We are an industry leading,established, quality and innovative Registered Training Organisation and Group Training Company with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and an off-site service in Adelaide that delivers training and assessment services in International Freight  and Logistics.

Our Position

Due to increased high demand we are seeking to employ an experienced Freight Forwarding & Logistics operator to deliver training/assessment services up to Diploma Level in International Freight Forwarding and Logistics along with helping us to expand the Adelaide operation. The role will initially be on a permanent part-time basis but can lead to a fulltime.

The ideal person for this role will preferably have the following skills and attributes:   

• 2 to 4 years of current International Freight Forwarding & Logistics Operations
• Able to communicate at all levels within the workplace and classroom
• Strong pro-active character that engages with staff & management
• Excellent communication skills
• Have completed a Cert III or above in International Freight Forwarding or a related field
• Have the confidence to help nurture and grow the business
• It would of benefit if the person had the latest Trainer & Assessor qualifications

  The successful applicant should also have a proven ability to: 

• Motivate & inspire their students to improve their knowledge and skills
• Successfully work in a team environment
• Maintain a professional approach to their work
• Apply a continuous improvement approach to their work and that of the business
• Have a strong compliance background
• Ability to work autonomously
