Locomotive Drivers WA – ASAP Start

Railtrain is a specialist provider of accredited rail workforces, nationally recognised training, and safe working consultancy services to the Australian Rail Industry.

Railtrain are seeking experienced and qualified Locomotive Drivers on a casual basis for potential positions located in Kwinana

Position Details:

• Excellent working conditions and remuneration
• 9-hour minimum shifts
• Demand for working hours is expected to remain strong - minimum hours 40 per week

In order to be considered for these positions, applicants are required to demonstrate the following:

• 100% commitment to safety in the workplace
• Desirable Certificate IV in Train Driving (TLI42615) or equivalent
• Possess or willing to obtain TLIF3091 Awareness of dangerous goods and hazardous materials
• Must have 2 years' experience on heavy haul, intermodal, or freight operations
• Current ARC Infrastructure RTC Track Access Permit
• Current Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass all required recruitment testing, health assessments inclusive of D&A, site-specific inductions & all required training

In addition to the above, the following attributes would be considered desirable but not essential:

• First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Rail Industry Workers Card (RIW)
