The role:
You will be responsible for the management of daily reporting tasks, administration and general business support to our projects team. The position requires high levels of communication & flexibility to ensure business continuity remains smooth.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will:
- Manage the daily download of Supply Chain reports & the daily supplier KPIs
- Manage subcontracting invoice reconciliation & customer master product restrictions
- Work Closely with Retail Hair Market Planner to assist with planned order reviews
- Warehouse and customer service liaison regarding master data issues
- Assist the Supply Chain Director/Logistics Executive in the completion of all Logistics administration
- Stock reconciliation & data validation
- Supply chain PO creation and management
- Review all inbound shipments and check transport invoices prior to payment
You will have:
- Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain within FMCG
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience using SAP
- Project experience desirable but not essential
- Administration and analytics experience
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Ability to set priorities and manage competing demands
