At Teletrac Navman, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a key member of the wider Operations team. You will manage the relative service movements of our products ensuring regional SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provisioning of new customers orders using SAP
- Preparing and shipping of Teletrac Navman products for clients and installers
- Testing units prior to dispatch to customers
- Regular stock takes and maintenance of stock
- Using the relevant platforms to record dispatches.
To be the successful applicant in this role we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Ability to respond to changing demand and be able to achieve targets on a daily basis
- Previous experience in processing orders, preferably with a technical or provisioning background
- Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft applications suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take ownership and work effectively in an autonomous environment, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
- A great attitude and work ethic
- SAP experience preferred but not essential.
