Our Wingfield Service and Repair Centre site is looking for an exceptional customer service practioner to join our team.

The role, reporting through to the Service Manager will be responsible for:

• the provision of labour reports in a timely manner
• assisting the Service Manager with quoting for warranty/repair jobs
• applying continuous improvement principles to improve work methods through consultation within the team
• expediting, programming and pricing of parts
• developing procedures for effective information flow through the office and service centre
• issuing order numbers to contractors
• managing computerised and paper based workload flows
• coordinating job programming in consultation with the Service Manager and Supervisor.
