XL Express is a national road express provider offering tailored distribution solutions to major clients throughout Australia for over 25 years.
We have an exciting opportunity at our Mackay branch for a dynamic self-starter who is interested in taking that next step from Supervisor to Depot Coordinator. The role of Depot Coordinator is a semi-autonomous role which reports directly to National Senior Management in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated transport professional happy working in a hands-on role while overseeing the management of the business. Previous transport experience will be highly regarded.
Duties will include:
- Health and Safety
- Staff Supervision and Training
- Supplier Relationships
- Distribution of freight throughout Mackay and surrounding district
The successful candidate MUST have:
- MR Licence
- Licence to Perform High Risk Work (Forklift)
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Police Check (no more than 3 months old)
