The Opportunity
CNH Industrial are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve product and service quality throughout supply chain.
This role requires someone technically minded with high attention to detail as you will be working with a variety of inspection and test equipment methods, processes and products.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve quality concerns reported by stakeholders
- Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action plan
- Communicate inspection requirements/method to Vendor & Warehouse Quality Manager to validate product conformance
- Capture and analyze statistical data from part inspections to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards
- Perform studies to identify process variation, report objective results and give recommendations to decrease material quality defects
- Achieve and maintain the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Quality Control processes
- Supplier ISO 9001 or similar quality system experience
- Skilled in the reading of blueprints
- Able to use gages to measure part dimensions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Access)
- MHE License or has the ability to be trained
