Access Hire Australia is a specialist division of Access Group Australia, boasting the nation's largest privately owned fleet of access equipment. We facilitate the hiring, selling, servicing and transporting of elevating work platforms, telehandlers and forklifts.
We are seeking a motivated Parts Store Administrator to become part of our growing team in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Data Entry Administrator having operated where accuracy and detail is essential to ensure on time parts support to the workshop, external technicians and retail client base.
The candidate must be able to complete the following tasks:
- Data entry
- Provide assistance with workshop administration
- Procurement and receipt inventory through data input
- Use systems to identify and order both stock parts and special orders
- Parts interpretation
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly competent in the Microsoft office suite, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Interact with key suppliers to provide accurate information and communication to the service team
- Multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work 7:00am to 5:00pm
The role is based in Canning Vale and will report directly to the Service Manager.
Further, holding a current and valid driving licence is essential in the role and holding a fork licence would be beneficial.
