Compu-Stor Perth is on the lookout for the next Customer Service Office for a 12- month maternity leave replacement which could lead into a continuing position within the company for the right person.
Compu-Stor is a growing business in a rapidly expanding industry, Information Management is always changing, and this is an exciting opportunity for the right person.
The positon we have on offer is a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in customer service, managing existing customer relationships using your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. We also have a data entry aspect of the role, which requires to lift boxes.

This position offers the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in a wide range of areas
- Promptly and accurately processing customer orders into our records management system
- Interacting regularly with customers
- Learning and providing continuous improvement strategies through our online management system
What you need:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Extensive Time Management and organisation skills is essential
- A positive attitude, we look for the right person to build on an exciting team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a confident phone manner;
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Full Police Clearance
