We are currently working on behalf of one of the most highly-regarded and recognised FMCG businesses in Australia, who are now looking to bring on-board an experienced Maintenance Team Leader for their state of the art factory in Sydney's Western suburbs.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Run a crew of Electricians and Fitters on day shift
- Communicating and ensuring plans and schedules are met
- Maintain a functional roster (24/7 production)
- Ensure high safety standards
- Report into the maintenance manager
What do I need?
- 5+ years experience in a Team Leader/Supervisors role within FMCG
- Strong communication skillset
- The ability to lead and manage a crew of tradesmen
- The ability to report into senior management
- To be able to demonstrate stability within a business
