Kelly Services is currently seeking for a capable Production and Forklift operator for work based in the Parramatta area.
An opportunity exists for a capable Production Worker to be part of their team. You will be operating production machines with training provided in the first two weeks before you are placed on a 12 hour roster including weekends and nights.
Along with operating machines, you must be a confident forklift operator as you will operate big forklift (10tonne forklift) and general hand work and general production duties.
The general working environment is hot, humid and somewhat dusty.
To be eligible for the role:
- Previous experience operating machines
- LF License a must - competent in counter balance forklift
- Ability to work on roster - weekends included
- Have excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Have a good mechanical aptitude
- Have close attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Proven reliability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Exposure to manufacturing or heavy industrial industry is highly desirable
- Ability to pass Pre Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol test
We are looking for candidates that are wanting to secure long term work (12months +).
