We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Beef/Lamb skilled meat workers to join our team at our Brooklyn Plant. Brooklyn Plant located 15 minutes west of the Melbourne CBD.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Boning, Slicing and Knife Hand duties
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Good communication skills on all levels is essential.
- Attention to detail
- Adherence and commitment to perform scheduled working hours.
- Ability to prepare products to specifications
- Comply with the Safety and Quality assurance procedures and requirements
CRITERIA:
Previous experience boning, slicing & Knife Hand work is essential
- Ability to meet deadlines and goals
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transport.
- Ability to work as part of the team and individually
- Ability to follow JBS Australia Policies and Procedures
- Be physically fit and pass a full employment medical & induction
