We are searching for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our client’s data management logistics organisation.
The ideal applicant will have demonstrated experience in a customer service logistics business where meeting the client’s needs is a continual objective. Knowledge of warehouse operations, data management systems, safe working methodologies and logistic controls are key for this role.
- Sound process and procedural background
- Sensitive document control experience
- Inwards/outwards data management
This is a key role responsible for the management of operations by driving the business in a highly productive and innovative manner, focusing on delivery of superior customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong people interaction skills and be responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching individuals to contribute to a high performance and ongoing development of a positive work culture.
Past experience as a Team Leader or individuals aspiring for their next step from the manufacturing, retail or logistics sectors are encouraged to apply.
To be considered you will have;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Ability to build and develop successful long term relationships
- Demonstrable investigative and problem solving skills
- Experience leading teams and achieving work objectives
- Strong Computer literacy - i.e., MS Office & MS Excel. MS Project knowledge is desirable
- A commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
Due to the sensitivity of this role, the successful applicant must be able to successfully compete a National Police Check and other pre-employment checks as required. A current unrestricted Drivers Licence is a requirement.
